The Coordination Committee contributes to the preparation of the programme for the World Gas Conference and maintains overall responsibility for the IGU committees.

It monitors the developments in the gas industry through the committees, co-ordinates activities between committees, interacting with the Secretary General and the Secretariat on relevant matters.
