American Petroleum Institute
The American Petroleum Institute is a trade association of the U.S. oil and natural gas industry. The site gives news and information, industry statistics, programs, publications, reports etc.

BP Statistical Review of World Energy
Historical data on energy production and consumption, arranged per country and per fuel. Insight into international trade movements. Updated annually in June.

CEDIGAZ
International association dedicated to natural gas information. Some downloadable statistics and useful LNG infromation is available free of charge.

DTI Energy
The Department of Trade and Industry's Energy Group deals with a wide range of energy related matters, from its production or generation to its eventual supply to the customer. UK only

EIA Natural Gas
The US Energy Information Administration provides high-quality, policy-independent energy information to meet the requirements of government, industry, and the public.It is an institution of the DOE (US Department of Energy), has detailed info on American energy (oil, gas, coal) but also on every country outside the US, and also presents forecasts.

Official statistics of the Europan Communities.

International Energy Agency (IEA)
Reports, speeches and historical data on all kinds of energy. IEA is widely used in presentations at conferences as a leading energy forecasting bureau.
